This Privacy Policy is available in English and French.
AR2G MODE & DESIGN, in its capacity as data controller, attaches great importance to protecting and respecting your privacy. As this is an important subject, we invite you to read this Privacy Policy carefully in its entirety so that you are aware of and understand our practices regarding the processing of your personal data.
AR2G MODE & DESIGN reserves the right to update and modify this Privacy Policy at any time and without notice. In the event of a change, the update date indicated above will be modified to indicate when such changes came into effect.

I. GENERAL INFORMATION
The party responsible for processing your personal data is :

II. YOUR PERSONAL DATA
a. Data collected
The term ‘Personal Data’ refers to any information that enables you to be identified directly (for example: your surname, first name, e-mail address) or indirectly (for example: customer number, IP address).
The Personal Data we collect depends on the interactions you have with us on the Site and the purposes of those interactions.
The Company collects your personal data:
- when you create a customer account online or in-store;
- when you subscribe to our newsletter;
- when you use our Website (in particular through cookies that you accept);
- when you make a purchase on the Website;
- when you contact the Company by email, telephone or any other means of contact offered on the Site.
and to fulfil the sales contract, provide services or comply with legal obligations.
Please note that the personal data we collect is limited to that which is relevant and appropriate to your interaction with us on the Site. In general, you provide us with the following data:
- Your identification and contact details such as your first name, surname, date of birth, language and country from which you interact with us, as well as your contact details such as your e-mail address, postal address, delivery address and telephone number.
- Your information needed to manage and track orders, such as your bank details (please note that all payment transactions are encrypted by the receiving bank, we do not store any card numbers), information about your purchases, orders, returns, etc., and your credit card details.
- Your connection and browsing data. This data includes your IP address, your search engine, your location, your browser extension, operating system and platform, as well as other technical data about the device you use to browse our Site. For example, information about your visit, including URLs and clickstream, from and to our Site (including date and time), the products you consulted or searched for, page response time, download errors, time spent on pages, interaction on pages (such as clicks and cursor movements), the way you leave pages.
Some cookies are necessary for the proper operation of the Website and others are used for analysis purposes to help us provide you with more personalized services and a better experience. We invite you to read article 6 for more information on this subject.
It is important that the personal data shared about you is correct and up to date. We invite you to update your data should any changes occur.
b. Purposes for which your personal data is collected
The Company collects and uses your personal data on the following legal bases:
- consent: the Company has obtained your prior consent (for example when you tick the box ‘I subscribe to the newsletter’). You are informed that you may revoke your consent at any time without having to justify yourself;
- the collection and processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the sales contract between you and the Company;
- legitimate interest: this legitimate interest cannot override your interests, fundamental rights or freedoms;
- compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We retain your personal data for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and for the duration of any period necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Once this period has elapsed, the data is either deleted or kept after being anonymised.
IV. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Disclosure of your personal data is limited to :
- to members of our staff who are interested in and called upon to become aware of it and to use it, it being specified that our staff undertake to respect its confidentiality. These staff members may be in charge of customer relations, e-commerce, communications/marketing, legal, finance or IT.
- approved third parties acting on our behalf: As part of your use of the Site, you may receive information from third parties with whom we work to provide you with certain services. These may include financial institutions, fraud detection and prevention entities, logistics/transport/delivery services, marketing and advertising services. Disclosure to these third parties may take place in order to deliver and pay for your orders, to check your creditworthiness and identity, and for analysis software enabling us to process your data in order to optimise your shopping experience on the Site. The processing of your personal data by these third parties is based on our prior instructions and not for their own use. These third parties have undertaken to respect the confidentiality of your personal data, not to use it for any other purpose and to take all the security measures necessary to protect your privacy.
V. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
The Site has appropriate security measures in place to prevent the loss, unauthorised use or access, modification or disclosure of your personal information. All the data you provide us with is stored on secure servers. We also have procedures in place to manage any breach of personal data.
When you create an account, you choose a password. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We therefore recommend that you choose an effective password and do not share it.
We also recommend that you only connect to secure networks, preferably private networks. Be aware of the risks involved on public wifi networks.
If you receive an email claiming to be the brand we work for and asking you to provide personal information, please do not reply and forward the email to us so that we can take the necessary action.
VI. COOKIES
a. Cookies issued by the Site
A cookie is a text file that may be stored in a dedicated space on the hard disk of your electronic equipment when you consult an online service using your browser software. AR2G MODE & DESIGN does not control the process used by social networks to collect information relating to your browsing on the Site. VII. YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, your consent must be given in a clear and unambiguous manner, in particular for subscription to our newsletter or cookies. - we explain the use we will make of your data and the type of communication you will receive;
- you must tick one or more boxes to validate your consent to be subscribed;
- children under the age of 13 cannot give their consent;

- Right to rectification: the right to request that personal data concerning you be corrected and/or added to. If you have a customer account, you can also change your personal details from your customer area by logging in using your e-mail address and password;
- Right to erasure (or forgetting): the right to ask us to delete your data. This right will not apply in cases where processing is carried out in order to comply with a legal obligation. Apart from this situation, it is possible to request the deletion of data in the following limited cases: when the personal data is no longer necessary with regard to the purposes for which it was collected or processed; when the data subject objects to processing that is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by AR2G MODE & DESIGN and there are no compelling legitimate grounds for such objection.
- Right to limit the processing of your data: the right to limit the processing of your personal data. You are informed that, a priori, this right is not intended to apply insofar as the processing carried out by AR2G MODE & DESIGN is lawful and that all personal data collected is necessary for the performance of the services offered on the Site.
- Right to portability: the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and/or to transmit this data to a third party.
- Right to object to processing: this right may be exercised:
a) at any time during the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes ;
