Loyalty vouchers are individual, non-refundable and valid for 6 months from a purchase of 89€. They can be accumulated on our discounts excluding Sales, Black Friday and French Days. 

Several loyalty vouchers can be accumulated: you must contact our customer service department to obtain a single voucher (please note that the minimum purchase threshold is also accumulated. If you group 2 loyalty vouchers, the minimum purchase will be 2 x 89€).

When a loyalty voucher is applied to the basket, the discount is prorated according to the price of the items.

In the event of a return, the reimbursement will be made up to the price paid and the points will be credited back into the kitty, minus the value of the return points. Example: if you used a loyalty voucher worth 30 (600 points) and returned an item worth €199, we'll credit you with 600-199 = 401 loyalty points. 

BIRTHDAY AND DISCOUNT VOUCHERS

Birthday vouchers cannot be combined with any other code. They are individual, non-refundable and valid for 1 month from a purchase of 149€.
The 10% off discount for newsletter subscriptions cannot be combined with other promotional codes. In the event of a return, reimbursement will be made up to the price paid, i.e. the price of the item minus the discount.
