You wish to return an item?
You have a period of 30 days after receipt of your order to return your order. This period includes the legal retraction period of fourteen days.
Upon receipt of your return, you will automatically receive your refund in the following days on your bank account or your Paypal account according to the payment method used during your purchase.
How to do it ?
1. Generate a return form
In order to make a return request, we invite you to go to the page My Account / My Orders.
Click on the "Return an item" button of the concerned order.
Check the item(s) you wish to return, and specify the reason for the return, then click on "Confirm your return request".
You will then be able to download your return form to be slipped inside the parcel as well as a prepaid colissimo label allowing you to stamp your parcel (Metropolitan France only)
2. Sending the return parcel
If you live in France
Return shipping costs are free for our customers living in France.
You can also download your prepaid Colissimo label, in My account / My return requests.
Stick the left part of the label on your return package and drop it off at the post office.
Please note: you have the possibility to request a collection of the parcel by the Post Office directly in your mailbox. If you wish to use this service, click here and let us guide you.
If you live outside of Metropolitan France
You are responsible for the cost of returning the package. We advise you to choose a standard Colissimo delivery method.
For people living outside of Metropolitan France, the return orders must be sent by tracked parcel to the following address:

TREATMENT OF YOUR RETURN
- The returns must be done within 30 days after reception of your order.
- The article must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by a return form.
- In the absence of a return slip Indies will not be able to refund the returned items.
You can follow the progress of your return in the section My Account / My return requests :
Received parcel : your parcel has been received by our logistic team. We will proceed to the reimbursement within 4 to 5 days maximum (excluding weekends and holidays)
Please note: there is sometimes a delay between the moment when the Post Office indicates that we have received your package and the moment when the status of your return changes to "Parcel received". This delay corresponds to the time of unpacking and control of your package.
Return completed: your return has been processed and we have proceeded to reimbursement (you will also receive an email)
Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled will not be taken back and you will have to pay a fixed sum of 6€ for a reshipment.
The legal right of withdrawal and the "satisfied or reimbursed" guarantee do not apply to items made to specific customer requirements or to clearly personalized items. In case of refund, return the new item(s) in its (their) original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories (belts etc...) and the return form.
In case of exercise of the right of retraction, Indies is held to the refunding of the sums paid by the customer, without expenses, except for the expenses of return. The refund is due within a maximum of 30 days. The expenses of return as well as the risks bound to the return of the product, are in all cases in charge of the customer. Items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated or soiled due to the customer will not be refunded.
