12. Payment system
The payment provider of Indies Production is Paybox.
Indies Production uses the trigger of the 3D Secure for every orders
Any order implies a payment obligation.
Indies may have to make sure that no one is using the bank details of another person without their knowledge.

17. Loyalty point system
INDIES offers a loyalty point system. These points are acquired with each purchase on indies.fr and since November 1st 2021 on purchases made in store.
1€ spent = 1 loyalty point
When the kitty counts the points on the purchases of the last 12 months. When it reaches 600 points, a 30€ voucher is sent by email.
This voucher is valid for 6 months, in the store and on indies.fr, from 89€ of purchases. It is nominative, non-refundable and cannot be combined with any other discount.
The discount is broken down in proportion to the price of the articles. In case of return, the refund is made up to the price paid and the points will be credited to the kitty.
No vouchers will be credited.
