To benefit from it, it's very simple. 

Go to your account, login and confirm yourself as usual in the top right. 
When you are in your account, click on "order history and details" or "My orders" and select
the order which you wish to return by clicking on "details" 

A window opens so you can select the product to return if you have several products in your
order. Just check the box in front of the product.

Feel free to fill in the "leave us a message" box, this allows us to have genuine customer
feedback which helps us to improve or products and services offered.. 
For example, you can specify the reason for your return: too big, too small ...

Then click on "Generate a return" Following this step, we will automatically receive an e-mail
with your return request.
Following the verification of it, we will then send you an e-mail with a return label attached LA
POSTE to stick on your package (or bubble envelope). Therefore, you will not have to go to
the Post Office (if you have an envelope) or pay the cost of returns!

Upon receipt of your returned parcel, you have the ability to follow it through the tracking
system, we will then proceed to the exchange or refund according to your wishes within 48 / 72h.
